多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种生殖功能障碍与代谢异常并存的内分泌紊乱综合征。改善卵巢功能及解决不孕,首先应针对PCOS的内分泌代谢进行综合治疗以纠正全身状况;对仍不能妊娠的患者可以借助各种助孕方式,包括促排卵治疗、手术治疗及辅助生殖技术等。该文对PCOS不孕患者的临床治疗研究进展情况进行综述。 Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a reproductive dysfunction and metabolic abnormalities co-exist endocrine disorders. To improve ovarian function and to solve infertility, we should first comprehensive treatment of endocrine and metabolism of PCOS to correct the general condition; for those who can not yet pregnancy can use a variety of methods of pregnancy, including ovulation induction, surgical treatment and assisted reproductive technology. This article reviews the clinical progress of PCOS infertility patients.
