洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所开发研制的AFA-1型催化裂化油浆系统阻垢剂,经过在呼和浩特炼油厂4个月的应用,除垢阻垢效果显著。解决了油浆换热器结垢堵塞问题;使产汽量增大,换热效率提高,增加了装置操作的稳定性。该产品的应用对催化裂化产品质量及产品分布无不良影响。应用后每年可净增经济效益RMB￥238×10~4。
