我们锦州分局在“双基”教育活动中,提出了“声势要大,动作要大,成果要大”的要求,并以职工政治学校为主体,组织了多层次、多渠道的教育活动。一年来,共举办脱产轮训班255期,轮训青工9983名,占全分局青工总数的31%。经过一段实践以后,总结经验教训,我们感到有这样两个问题,影响教育的深入。一个是参加脱产培训前和脱产培训后的青工教育怎么办?二是15天脱产轮训和350天日常教育在组织管理上、教育内容上和考核方法上存在明显的不一致,不协调、不同步,甚至反差较大。
In our “Double Base” education activities, we Jinzhou Branch put forward the requirements of “big momentum, big action and big achievements”.
