目的比较几种复方戊二醛消毒剂和邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002)要求,在实验室条件下对复方戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛消毒剂进行枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的悬液定量杀菌试验。结果实验室研配筛选的6种复方戊二醛消毒剂,有5种对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;全部6个样品作用240 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。市场上抽选4种邻苯二甲醛样品,有3种对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用300 min,平均杀灭对数值均<5.00。3%牛血清白蛋白对5组1%复方戊二醛消毒剂消毒效果有轻度影响,1组配方有中度影响。结论加入阳离子表面活性剂能明显增强戊二醛对细菌芽孢的灭杀作用。1%复方戊二醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭作用明显优于0.55%邻苯二甲醛消毒剂。有机物对1%复方戊二醛消毒剂消毒效果有轻度至中度影响。
Objective To compare the killing effects of several compound glutaraldehyde disinfectants and phthalaldehyde disinfectants on bacterial spores. Methods According to the requirements of “Disinfection Technical Specification” (2002) of the Ministry of Health, the compound glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant were used to carry out the quantitative bactericidal test of Bacillus subtilis var. Results Six kinds of compound glutaraldehyde disinfectants were screened out in the laboratory. Five of them were able to act on the Bacillus subtilis black spores for 120 min, with an average killing logarithm of> 5.00. All six samples were treated for 240 min with a mean kill rate of All values> 5.00. Four kinds of phthalaldehyde samples were selected on the market. Three kinds of spores of Bacillus subtilis black strain were spiked for 300 min, the average kill logarithms were <5.00%. Bovine serum albumin was disinfected in 5 groups of 1% compound glutaraldehyde Disinfection effects have a slight effect, a group of formulations have a moderate effect. Conclusion The addition of cationic surfactants can significantly enhance the killing effect of glutaraldehyde on bacterial spores. The killing effect of 1% compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant on bacterial spores was significantly better than 0.55% phthalaldehyde disinfectant. Organic matter on the 1% compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant disinfection effect has a mild to moderate effect.
