对不能手术或术后复发或转移的晚期胃癌患者 ,首选化疗。由于患者消化、吸收功能障碍对化疗的耐受性差 ,因此 ,选择高效低毒的化疗药物对提高胃癌治疗有效率很重要。我科采用羟基喜树碱、醛氢叶酸、5 氟脲嘧啶、顺铂组成ＨＰＬＦ方案治疗晚期胃癌患者 18例 ,现报告如下。一般
For patients with advanced gastric cancer who cannot undergo surgery or postoperative recurrence or metastasis, chemotherapy is the first choice. Because patients’ digestion and absorption dysfunction are poorly tolerated by chemotherapy, it is very important to choose high-efficiency and low-toxic chemotherapy drugs to improve the efficiency of gastric cancer treatment. In our department, 18 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with hydroxycamptothecin, leucovorin, 5-fluorouracil, and cisplatin combined HPLF regimen are reported below. general
