研究了浆料固含量对喷雾造粒钼粉组织形貌和松装密度、流动性的影响规律。结果表明:当浆料固含量低于70 wt.%时,造粒钼粉颗粒细小,多数呈破损状态,造粒钼粉松装密度和流速随着浆料固含量的增加而增大;当浆料固含量高于70 wt.%时,造粒钼粉颗粒球形度差,表面粗糙度大,造粒钼粉的松装密度和流速随着浆料固含量的增加而减小;在本研究条件下,钼粉喷雾造粒的最佳浆料固含量为70 wt.%,得到的造粒钼粉表面光滑、球形度高,其松装密度最大,流动性最好。
The effects of slurry solids content on the morphology, bulk density and fluidity of spray granulated molybdenum powder were studied. The results show that when the solid content of slurry is less than 70 wt.%, The particles of granulated molybdenum powder are small and most of them are damaged. The bulk density and flow rate of granulated molybdenum powder increase with the increase of solid content of slurry. When the solid content of the slurry is higher than 70 wt.%, The granulated molybdenum powder has poor sphericity and large surface roughness, and the bulk density and the flow rate of the granulated molybdenum powder decrease with the increase of the solid content of the slurry. Under the research conditions, the optimal solid content of sprayed granulated molybdenum powder is 70 wt.%. The obtained granulated molybdenum powder has a smooth surface and a high sphericity, and has the highest bulk density and the best fluidity.
