跨国公司是全球产业转移的主体,是外国直接投资的主导力量。作为通过吸纳整合全球资源而形成的具有国际竞争力的市场主体,跨国公司对国际分工格局的转换非常敏感,为在国际竞争中赢得优势,它们往往在全球最适宜的地点布局产业链的不同环节。同时,世界许多国家为促进经济发展,对吸引跨国公司的产业转移高度重视,跨国公司产业布局的调整是影响国际经济格局的重要力量。2008年国际金融危机后,跨国公司全球产业转移的步伐放慢。
Transnational corporations are the main body of global industrial transfer and the leading force of foreign direct investment. As internationally competitive market players formed through the integration of global resources, transnational corporations are very sensitive to the transformation of the international division of labor. To win advantages in international competition, transnational corporations tend to place different links in the industry chain at the most suitable locations in the world . In the meantime, many countries in the world attach great importance to the promotion of economic development and the transfer of industries that attract transnational corporations. The adjustment of the industrial distribution of transnational corporations is an important force that affects the international economic situation. After the international financial crisis in 2008, the global industrial relocation of transnational corporations slowed down.
