现有的配电网可靠性评估方法把预想事故作为整体看待,无法准确评估配网自动化技术对供电可靠性的影响。重点分析自动故障定位、变电站自动化、馈线自动化等技术对故障处理过程、可靠性指标的影响;在此基础上提出一种适用于配电网可靠性评估的分析计算方法:将预想事故拆分为若干故障处理环节,把故障处理的各环节纳入可靠性评估流程,仿真分析时用故障处理各步骤所用时间替代故障影响总时间。采用该方法对IEEE RBTS Bus6系统进行可靠性评估,仿真结果验证了考虑配网自动化技术影响的可靠性评估方法的合理性。
The existing reliability assessment method of distribution network considers the predicted accident as a whole, and can not accurately evaluate the influence of distribution automation technology on the reliability of power supply. Focus on the analysis of the automatic fault location, substation automation, feeder automation and other technologies on the fault handling process, the reliability index; On this basis, an analysis and calculation method for reliability evaluation of distribution network is proposed: the expected accident is split into A number of fault handling aspects are included in the reliability assessment process for each component of the fault handling. In the simulation analysis, the total time affected by the fault is replaced by the time spent in each step of the fault handling. This method is used to evaluate the reliability of IEEE RBTS Bus6 system. The simulation results verify the rationality of the reliability assessment method considering the influence of distribution network automation technology.
