目的:调查临床护理人员的膝关节疼痛现状,了解护理人员职业性膝关节损伤的影响因素,并提出相应的防护及干预措施提供客观依据。方法:对150名2016年5月在杭州师范大学附属医院临床一线的女性护理人员进行问卷调查和采用数字疼痛评估量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS),对临床一线护理人员的膝关节疼痛现状进行调查。结果:被调查护理人员膝关节疼痛情况发生率高,填调查表最近1周膝关节疼痛的患病率与所在科别、职称、工作年限、年龄相关(P<0.05),而与学历、婚姻状况、家务负担、身高、体重等指数无相关性(P>0.05)。对膝关节损伤护士的自我防护认识,只有20%的护理人员知晓在操作中如何保护膝关节,而大部分护理人员描述从未接受过防护的专业培训,只有30%的护理人员知晓膝关节损伤后上报。结论:膝关节损伤疼痛已成为影响护理人员身心健康和工作质量的一个严重问题,应该引起医院主管部门及护理人员自身的高度重视,定期进行系统化培训,及早进行干预,以提高健康水平,保证护理质量和工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status of knee pain in clinical nurses, to understand the influencing factors of occupational knee injuries in nurses and provide the objective basis for the corresponding protective and intervention measures. Methods: A total of 150 female nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University in May 2016 were surveyed by questionnaire and using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) to evaluate the clinical status of knee pain in frontline nurses. survey.
