脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）已经被认为是一种与遗传有关的多基因疾病，涉及的基因种类比较多，而且研究结论不完全一致。本文列举了当今研究较多的几种ＣＶＤ潜在候选基因，综述了ＣＶＤ的遗传机制及潜在候选基因的研究进展，探讨了未来的研究方向。
Cerebrovascular disease (CVD) has been considered as a genetic multi-gene disease, involving more gene types, and the conclusions are not exactly the same. This article lists several CVD candidate genes that are more studied today, reviews the genetic mechanism of CVD and the progress of potential candidate genes, and explores the future research directions.
