多发性骨髓瘤常累及多个系统,临床症状多样,因此常误诊、漏诊。今将我院收治的25例中误诊的18例进行分析,以提高对本病的认识。一、一般资料误诊的18例中,男11例,女7例。年龄28～67岁,其中45岁以上者10例。发病至确诊
Multiple myeloma often involves multiple systems, clinical symptoms and diverse, so often misdiagnosed, missed diagnosis. Now in our hospital admitted 25 cases of misdiagnosed 18 cases were analyzed in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
