本文旨在探讨E-Science环境下高校医学学科馆员服务质量影响因素及服务改进模型。将影响因素归类为“馆员要素”和“环境条件要素”两大类,进一步探寻提升医学学科馆员服务的对策。运用调查问卷方法对天津市高校医学院学生展开调查,统计分析了学生对于高校医学学科馆员服务质量影响因素的评价。结果表明医学学科馆员服务在E-science环境下创新发展成为必由之路。
This article aims to explore the influential factors and service improvement models of service quality of medical subject librarians in E-Science environment. The influencing factors are classified into two categories: “Librarian Elements” and “Environmental Condition Elements”, so as to further explore ways to enhance the service of medical subject librarians. Using questionnaire survey to investigate the college medical students in Tianjin, and statistically analyzing the students’ evaluation of the influencing factors on the service quality of the medical subject librarians in colleges and universities. The results show that medical subject librarian service innovation and development in the E-science environment has become the only way.
