采用响应曲面法对葛根中葛根素提取工艺进行优化。以葛根素提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上选择试验因素和水平,进Box-Behnken响应面试验设计,得到最佳操作条件及二次方程响应面模型。葛根中葛根素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数62%,提取时间23 min,提取温度30℃。Box-Behnken响应曲面法优化了葛根中葛根素的提取工艺。
The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of puerarin in Pueraria. Taking the extraction rate of puerarin as an index, the factors and levels of test were selected on the basis of single-factor test, and the box-Behnken response surface test design was used to obtain the optimal operating conditions and quadratic equation response surface model. Pueraria puerarin optimum conditions: ethanol volume fraction of 62%, extraction time 23 min, extraction temperature 30 ℃. The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of puerarin in Pueraria.
