大学生信息素养教育,是根据教育发展的要求和整个社会的信息环境,在接受教育的过程中逐步培养信息意识、信息能力、信息道德的过程。高等学校应按照信息素养教育的内在逻辑,根据学校具体情况,制定信息素养教育的目标和考核评价体系,以规范学校的信息素养教育。
Information literacy education for undergraduates is a process of gradually cultivating information consciousness, information ability and information ethics in the process of receiving education according to the requirements of educational development and the information environment of the whole society. Colleges and universities should follow the internal logic of information literacy education, according to the specific circumstances of schools, to develop the goals of information literacy education and evaluation system to standardize the school’s information literacy education.
