健康,是每一个人的向往与追求,然而日常生活中,人们往往只注意身体健康,而忽视了身心健康,这是很不全面的。因为身体健康并不等于身心健康,全面健康的人,应包括三个方面。一是身体健康,二是心理健康,三是社会功能健康。三者是一个概括而又总体的概念,它并非单指无病和强壮的躯体,应包括良好的心理状态和社会适应能力。心理状态、精神因素与疾病有着十分密切的关系。对这一问题,现在还没有引起社会各方面的重视。
Health is everyone’s longing for and pursuit. However, in daily life, people tend to pay attention to their health while neglecting physical and mental health. This is very incomplete. Because physical health does not mean physical and mental health, comprehensive and healthy people, should include three aspects. First, good health, and second, mental health, and third, social functions and health. The three are a generalized and general notion that they do not mean single disease-free and strong body, which should include good mental state and social adaptability. Mental status, mental illness and disease have a very close relationship. To this question, all aspects of society have not been given any attention yet.
