这个试验是采用从人造工艺矿石-提钒弃渣中回收金属镓的工艺流程,完全不同于传统的工艺方法,其原则流程为提钒弃渣→还原焙烧→两步循环酸浸→TBP 萃镓→中和沉淀→碱溶电解。全流程镓的回收率64.4%。本工艺在酸浸工序有其独自特点:TBP 在盐酸体系中对镓具有良好萃取性能;能较好地回收提钒弃渣中的镓、铁、钛等元素;全流程闭路循环,基本无“三废”。
This experiment is the process of recovering metal gallium from man-made process ore-vanadium leaching slag, which is completely different from the traditional process. The principle flow is vanadium refuse → reduction roasting → two-step acid leaching → TBP extraction gallium → neutralization and precipitation → alkaline solution electrolysis. The whole process of gallium recovery 64.4%.
