目的:分析头孢哌酮-舒巴坦与奥硝唑联用对妇科患者抗感染的疗效以及病原菌的清除率。方法:选取2015年10月—2016年10月期间收治的妇科感染患者102例,将其分为对照组51例和观察组51例;对照组患者给予头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用奥硝唑治疗,分析两组患者用药后病原菌的清除率、总有效率和不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为94.12%显著优于对照组为82.35%(P<0.05);病原菌的检测率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦与奥硝唑联用治疗妇科感染患者的疗效较为确切,病原菌的清除程度高于单用奥硝唑。
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of cefoperazone-sulbactam combined with ornidazole on gynecological patients and the clearance rate of pathogens. Methods: A total of 102 patients with gynecological infection were selected from October 2015 to October 2016. They were divided into control group (51 cases) and observation group (51 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam and the observation group Patients on the basis of the control group plus ornidazole treatment, analysis of the two groups of patients after drug clearance, total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (82.35%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cefoperazone - sulbactam combined with ornidazole in the treatment of gynecological infections in patients with more accurate curative effect, the removal of pathogens than single ornidazole alone.
