目的研究锚固段直径、扩大头直径、锚固段长度、扩大头长度对锚杆受力和稳定性的影响,为扩大头锚杆的设计和施工提供理论依据.方法基于某风电场工程实例,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS求解不同结构参数下的扩大头锚杆受力特征及周围土层的变形情况和其对锚杆自身的竖向位移的影响.结果锚固段长度增加,使其水平位移逐渐变小后趋于稳定;锚杆锚固段直径的增加,使其周边土层的变形程度减小,同时锚杆轴向力缓慢减小.结论扩大头锚杆锚固段长度为6 m,扩大头长度为0.5 m,锚固段直径为150 mm时,在控制土地变形和锚杆自身位移方面效果最好.扩大头锚杆结构参数对其自身受力及稳定性的影响很大,为以后在扩大头锚杆方面的研究设计与施工理论提供了一定借鉴.
Aim To study the influence of anchorage section diameter, expanding head diameter, anchorage section length and expanding head length on the stress and stability of anchorage rod, and to provide a theoretical basis for expanding the design and construction of head anchor rod.According to a wind farm project example, The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to solve the stress characteristics of the enlarged head rock bolt under different structural parameters and the deformation of the surrounding soil and its influence on the vertical displacement of the rock bolt.Results The length of the anchored section increased and the horizontal displacement gradually changed After the small size, the stability tends to be stable. The increase of the anchorage section diameter decreases the deformation of the surrounding soil layer, and the axial force of the anchor section decreases slowly.Conclusion The length of the anchorage section of the enlarged head anchorage is 6 m, Is 0.5 m and the diameter of the anchorage section is 150 mm, it has the best effect in controlling the deformation of the soil and the displacement of the anchor rod itself. The structural parameters of the enlarged head anchor rod have a great influence on its own force and stability, Anchor bolt research design and construction theory provides some reference.
