为了获得低硅炼钢生铁,必须控制高炉内硅的还原过程。本文在实验与生产数据的基础上对高炉内焦炭灰分中SiO_2还原为生铁中硅的过程、影响此过程的因素及此种硅在生铁中的比例进行了研究。
In order to obtain low-silicon steelmaking pig iron, the reduction of silicon in the blast furnace must be controlled. Based on the experimental and production data, the process of reducing SiO_2 from coke ash in blast furnace to silicon in pig iron, the factors affecting the process and the proportion of silicon in pig iron were studied.
