前言 本文的研究对象是150系列高速柴油机的气缸盖,该机采用回流扫气,因而气缸盖和传统有阀结构完全不同,而且是铝铸件。该机研制初期,在气缸盖水腔内部过渡圆角及“W”燃烧室喉口外出现了裂纹,提出对气缸盖进行应力分析的课题。目前,必须进行大量简化,才能用有限元法进行计算,因而不能完全反映实际情况。而光弹性技术可发挥它的特长,帮助分析出现上述裂纹的原因,提出一种加六条径向筋及燃烧室喉口加铜镶块的新方案,按新方案加工的气缸盖,未发现裂纹,并经受了耐久试车的考验。本文是对上述工作的总结,下面从三个方面进行叙述。
Preface This study was aimed at the cylinder head of a 150-series high-speed diesel engine that uses a back-flow scrubber. The cylinder head is completely different from a conventional valve structure and is cast aluminum.
