甲酸在代谢中是一活跃的物质,参与的代谢反应很多,在生命过程中占有重要的地位。自从放射性同位素在生物化学中被广泛应用以来,甲酸(一碳团)的代谢问题已日益引起注意。根据目前所知,一碳团的代谢和多种氨基酸的代谢、甲基化作用、核酸和血红蛋白的生成、丙酮的分解等都有关系。叶酸和维生素B_(12)都参与甲酸的代谢过程。
Formic acid in the metabolism is an active substance involved in many metabolic reactions, occupies an important position in the process of life. Metabolism of formic (carbon monoxide) has drawn increasing attention since the widespread use of radioisotopes in biochemistry. According to the current knowledge, the metabolism of a carbon group and a variety of amino acid metabolism, methylation, nucleic acid and hemoglobin generation, acetone decomposition and so on. Folic acid and vitamin B_ (12) are involved in the metabolic process of formic acid.
