随着经济全球化和社会生活信息化的加剧,英语的重要性日益凸出,各阶段优秀的英语教师的需求量也日益增加,而处于基础英语教育阶段的初中英语教师的专业发展也愈来愈受到重视。然而,目前初中英语教师的专业成长却不是很理想,其主要原因在于施教者专业素质的匮乏。随着新课程标准的出台与实施,初中英语教师应该站在未来发展的高度来审视自身,深刻理解教师专业发展的内涵并开展教育科学研究,进行反思,从而提升自身素质。

However, the professional development of junior high school English teachers who are still in basic English education is also getting more and more The more attention.
