电极的设计效率直接影响了EDM的使用效率。基于二维图形构建三维电极模型是工程实践中常用的方法之一,然而在二维图中逐个选取和偏置封闭环的效率很低。文中提出一种在二维图中快速识别封闭环并偏置的算法。实际使用和试验对比显示,该算法可以有效提高电极,特别是大规模电极阵列的设计效率。
The design efficiency of the electrode directly affects the efficiency of EDM. Building 3D electrode models based on two-dimensional graphics is one of the common approaches in engineering practice, however, the efficiency of selecting and biasing the closed loops one by one in two-dimensional images is very low. In this paper, an algorithm for rapidly identifying and biasing a closed loop in a two-dimensional map is proposed. The actual use and experimental comparison show that the algorithm can effectively improve the design efficiency of electrodes, especially large-scale electrode arrays.
