目的探讨品质管理圈(Quality Control Centrol,QCC)对住院产妇乳汁淤积预防作用的影响。方法根据品管圈模式的十大步骤,相继进行成立品管小组,确定以“降低住院产妇乳汁淤积的发生率”为主题,通过品管十大步骤进行主题改善活动。随机选择2015年7月8日—2015年8月21日产科住院产妇295例,作为改善前问卷调查对象,随机选择2015年10月26日—2015年12月8日产科住院产妇300例,作为改善后问卷调查对象。统计乳汁淤积发生发生率,用柏拉图归集产后乳汁淤积发生原因,比较开展品管圈活动前后每位圈员在解决问题能力、品管工具运用、沟通技巧、责任感与荣誉、团队精神等方面的变化。结果开展品管圈活动后,住院产妇乳汁淤积的发生率13.33%低于开展品质管理圈活动前30.51%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。圈成员在解决问题能力、品管工具运用、沟通技巧、责任感与荣誉、团队精神等均得到显著提升。结论通过开展品质管理活动能有效降低住院产妇乳汁淤积的发生率,提高母乳喂养成功率,提升产妇对产后康复治疗及服务的认知度和接受率,增加护理人员工作主动性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Quality Control Centrol (QCC) on prevention of lactation in hospitalized women. Methods Based on the ten steps of quality control circle mode, the quality control team was successively established to determine the theme of “reducing the incidence of milk deposition in hospitalized mothers” through the ten steps of quality control. Random selection July 29, 2015 - August 21, 2015 295 maternal inpatient obstetrics, as pre-improvement questionnaire survey, random selection October 26, 2015 - December 8, 2015 maternity maternal 300 cases, as After improving the questionnaire survey. The incidence of milk deposition was statistically analyzed. The causes of milk deposition in post-production milk were studied. Results After conducting QA activities, the incidence of milk deposition in hospitalized women was 13.33% lower than that before the quality management circle activities, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Circle members in the ability to solve problems, quality control tools, communication skills, sense of responsibility and honor, teamwork, etc. have been significantly improved. Conclusions The quality management activities can effectively reduce the incidence of milk deposition in hospitalized mothers, increase the success rate of breastfeeding, improve the awareness and acceptance rate of postpartum rehabilitation treatment and services, and increase the nurses’ work initiative.
