本文用AES和XPS对Cr16 Ni14无磁不锈钢表面进行了观察和分析。用Ar~+刻蚀得到合金组元随深度变化的规律和表面组成元素所处的化学状态。实验表明正常生产的无磁不锈钢带表面存在C、N、S、Na、Ca等元素污染。带钢表面存在氧化层,氧化层由Cr_2O_3、NiO、FeO等金属氧化物组成。在氧化层中有Cr的富集现象,氧化层是富Cr的。将正常生产的带钢进行“打毛”处理后,则表面污染的元素基本上被去除。经“打毛”处理的带钢表面亦存在氧化层,但氧化层中不存在富Cr现象。
In this paper, the surface of Cr16 Ni14 stainless steel with AES and XPS was observed and analyzed. The rule of the variation of the alloy composition with the depth and the chemical state of the surface elements are obtained by Ar ~ + etching. Experiments show that the normal production of non-magnetic stainless steel surface with C, N, S, Na, Ca and other elements of pollution. There is an oxide layer on the surface of the strip, and the oxide layer is composed of metal oxides such as Cr 2 O 3, NiO and FeO. In the oxide layer Cr enrichment phenomenon, the oxide layer is rich in Cr. The normal production of steel strip “hair” treatment, the surface contamination of the elements are basically removed. The oxide layer is also present on the surface of the strip treated by “roughening”, but there is no Cr-rich phenomenon in the oxide layer.
