解放思想,有人说这是一个“老”话题,至今已经讲了近30年。这话不能说是全错。因为党的十一届三中全会召开前夕,即在1978年12月13日中央工作会议闭幕之际,邓小平同志就作了《解放思想,实事求是,团结一致向前看》十分重要的讲话。从此在全党全国展开了解放思想大讨论,揭开了我国改革开放的新纪元。
Emancipating the mind, some people say that this is an “old ” topic, has been talked about for nearly 30 years. It can not be said that it is all wrong. Because on the eve of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, that is, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Central Working Conference on December 13, 1978, Comrade Deng Xiaoping made a very important speech of “emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and looking ahead in unity.” Since then, he has held a grand debate on emancipating the mind in the entire party and the country and has opened a new era for China’s reform and opening up.
