基于AHP-TOPSIS法的铁路物流中心设计方案比选研究

随着我国经济的迅速发展及物流业在我国的快速兴起,运输企业间的激烈竞争和市场环境的持续变化将传统铁路货物运输业拓展为现代综合物流服务的新型企业模式,而铁路物流中心的规划设计方案则具有极其重要的现实意义。在分析影响我国铁路物流中心设计方案若干因素的基础上,根据其综合性能建立相应的评价指标体系。首先使用层次分析法求解指标属性权重向量,其次运用逼近理想解排序法对其相应的指标进行计算,给出综合评价结果。最后给出的算例验证了该方法可为相关企业决策者选择合理的铁路物流中心设计方案提供决策依据。 With the rapid economic development in our country and the rapid rise of logistics industry in our country, the fierce competition among transport enterprises and the continuous change of market environment expand the traditional railway freight transportation industry into a new business model of modern integrated logistics service. However, Planning and design programs have extremely important practical significance. Based on the analysis of several factors affecting the design of railway logistics center in our country, the corresponding evaluation index system is established according to its comprehensive performance. Firstly, AHP is used to solve the weight vector of indicator attributes. Secondly, the corresponding index is calculated by using the approach of approximate ideal solution, and the result of comprehensive evaluation is given. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify that this method can provide the decision-making basis for decision-makers of related enterprises to choose a reasonable design scheme of railway logistics center.
