目的 :观察癫患者的认知功能状况。方法 :使用韦氏成人智力量表中国修订版 (WAIS-CR)、韦氏儿童智力量表中图修订版 (WSIC -CR)对癫患者进行认知功能测定。结果 :成人癫患者组平均总智商 (FIQ)为 87 3分 ,语言智商 (VIQ) 88 3分 ,操作智商 (PIQ) 89 9分 ;儿童癫患者组平均FIQ为 87 1分 ,VIQ 86 9分 ,PIQ 87 7分。成人组中FIQ低于 70分者占 19 7% ;70~ 79分者占 9 9% ,二者合计 2 9 6 %。儿童组中FIQ低于 70分占 2 5 3% ,70~ 79分者 8 4 % ,二者合计 33 7%。对WAIS和WSIC的分测验进一步分析 :成人组 (<70分者 )语言量表 (VS)中的算术、知识、领悟三个分测验 ,操作量表 (PS)中积木分测验与≥ 70分者的差距更为明显。儿童组 (<70分者 )VS中的常识分测验 ,PS中图片排列分测验与≥ 70分者的差距更为明显。结论 :约 30 %的癫患者有认知功能缺陷 ,2 0 %~ 2 5 %有明显缺陷。在有认知功能损害的患者中以记忆能力、一般知识注意力、数字推理能力、视觉空间能力、视运动协调能力、抽象概念形成能力和计划判断能力受损最为明显
Objective: To observe the cognitive function of patients with epilepsy. METHODS: Cognitive function was measured in patients with epilepsy using the Western revision of the Webster adult intelligence scale (WAIS-CR) and the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WSIC-CR). Results: The average FIQ of adults with epilepsy was 87 3 points, language IQ (VIQ) 88 3 points and PIQ 89 9 points respectively. The average FIQ of children with epilepsy was 87 1 points and VIQ 86 9 points, PIQ 87 7 points. In the adult group, those with a FIQ of less than 70 accounted for 19.7%, those with 70-79 accounted for 9.9%, and both accounted for 296%. Children in the FIQ less than 70 points accounted for 23.3%, 70-79 points 8 4%, the two together 33 7%. Further analysis of WAIS and WSIC sub-tests: Three sub-tests of arithmetic, knowledge and comprehension in the language group (VS) of the adult group (<70) The difference is even more obvious. Children’s group (<70 points) VS common sense sub-test, PS in the picture ranking sub-test and ≥ 70 points more obvious difference. CONCLUSIONS: About 30% of epileptic patients have cognitive deficits, with 20% to 25% being significantly deficient. Among the patients with cognitive impairment, the most obvious impairment was memory ability, general knowledge attention, numerical reasoning ability, visual spatial ability, visual motor coordination ability, abstract concept formation ability and program judgment ability
