班组作为企业经营管理中最小的单位,其在整个企业经营管理中占据着重要的位置,提升班组建设能力可以有效的保证企业经营目标的实现,为企业的发展提供有利的保障,因此,企业在发展过程中应当加强对班组建设能力的重视,采取不同的方式来提升其能力,进而促进班组为企业长期发展提供帮助。本文分析了企业班组建设中所存在的问题,同时提出了提升班组建设能力的途径,为各企业更好的促进班组建设能力的提升提供一定的参考。
