以纳米SiO2粉体为基体材料,莫来石纤维为增强体,TiO2为红外遮光剂,采用热压成型法制备了具有一定强度的轻质隔热材料。研究了莫来石纤维添加和TiO2掺杂对隔热材料密度、强度及其在不同温度下的隔热性能的影响。研究结果表明添加莫来石纤维能提高隔热材料的常温耐压强度及其在高温下的隔热性能,遮光剂TiO2的掺杂可以进一步提高该材料在高温下的隔热性能。
Taking nano-SiO2 powder as matrix material, mullite fiber as reinforcing body and TiO2 as infrared sunscreening agent, a lightweight insulation material with a certain strength was prepared by hot press forming method. The effects of mullite fiber addition and TiO2 doping on the thermal insulation density, strength and thermal insulation properties at different temperatures were studied. The results show that addition of mullite fiber can improve the compressive strength at room temperature and its thermal insulation performance under high temperature. The doping of sunscreen TiO2 can further improve the heat insulation performance of the material under high temperature.
