本文通过高能球磨机械合金化技术制备了AgSnO_2Y_2O_3电接触材料。高能球磨机械合金化可有效改善氧化物颗粒与银基体间的浸润性、改善材料的加工性能,并且AgSnO_2Y_2O_3材料具有硬度高、密度大、晶粒细小、组织均匀、不存在宏观偏析,以及SnO_2、Y_2O_3颗粒在材料中弥散均匀分布等特征。
In this paper, AgSnO_2Y_2O_3 electrical contact materials were prepared by high energy ball milling mechanical alloying. The mechanical alloying of high energy ball mill can effectively improve the wettability between oxide particles and silver matrix and improve the processing performance of the material. And AgSnO_2Y_2O_3 has the advantages of high hardness, high density, fine grain size, uniform microstructure and no macro-segregation, Y_2O_3 particles dispersed evenly distributed in the material and other characteristics.
