Some observation report pointed out that a special pathological sperm abnormal arginine metabolism. However, the normal sperm, sperm lack of cases of seminal plasma alkaline amino acid content, the published data vary. To understand the role of these compounds in infertility, the authors determined the levels of arginine, ornithine, lysine and histidine in seminal plasma of subjects lacking normal sperm and sperm.
