目的 :探寻新的抗白血病药物。方法 :采用 MTT法 ,以柔红霉素 ( DNR)、阿糖胞苷 ( Ara- C)和羟基脲作对照 ,了解莪术注射液对 K562细胞增殖抑制作用 ;通过流式细胞仪检测和 DNA凝胶电泳 ,观察莪术注射液诱导 K562细胞凋亡的情况。结果 :莪术注射液对 K562细胞不仅具有强大的增殖抑制作用 ,功效明显强于对照 DNR、Ara- C和羟基脲 ;而它更主要的作用是诱导 K562细胞凋亡。结论 :莪术注射液可抑制 K562细胞增殖更诱导其凋亡 ,有可能成为一种新的有效的抗白血病药物
Objective: To explore new anti-leukemia drugs. METHODS: MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory effect of Rhizoma Zedoariae Injection on proliferation of K562 cells with daunorubicin (DNR), Ara-C, and hydroxyurea; flow cytometry and DNA clotting were used. The gel electrophoresis was used to observe the apoptosis of K562 cells induced by Zezheng injection. Results: Curcuma zedoariae injection not only had a strong inhibitory effect on proliferation of K562 cells, but was more potent than control DNR, Ara-C and hydroxyurea. The more important effect was that it induced apoptosis of K562 cells. Conclusion: Curcuma injection can inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells and induce its apoptosis, which may become a new effective anti-leukemia drug.
