通过时中国和国际上有代表性的食品类著名核心期刊运作方式的比较,找出了中外食品类期刊之间在编辑体制、出版机制、网络运用、出版后服务体系、影响力等方面的差异,分析了该差异产生的原因及其带来的影响,为我国食品类期刊运作方式向国际接轨提供新的思路,并对入世后中国食品类核心期刊的发展方向进行了探讨。
Through comparing the operation modes of well-known core journals in food industry in China and internationally, this paper finds out the differences between Chinese and foreign food journals in editing system, publishing mechanism, network utilization, post-publication service system and influence , Analyzes the causes of the differences and their influences, provides new ideas for the operation of our country’s food journals to be in line with the international standards, and explores the development direction of the core journals of food in China after China’s entry into the WTO.
