本文观察了夹板和髓内针固定条件下家兔胫骨骨折端间隙在骨折愈合过程的变化。通过光导纤维法观察和图像处理系统分析测量,X线片观察骨痂形成,结果显示骨折端间隙均值随骨折时间增加而逐渐减小,骨折端活动变化趋势与骨折后时间和肢体负重功能密切相关(P<0.01)。X线片显示6周时均有桥梁外骨痂桥架于骨折端而愈合。研究结果揭示实验性家兔胫骨骨折端纵轴位移在0.33±0.17~0.95±0.43mm范围内对骨折愈合有利。
This paper observed the splint and intramedullary nail fixation tibia fracture end gap in fracture healing process changes. By optical fiber observation and image processing system analysis and measurement, X ray observation of callus formation, the results show that the fracture end gap average value decreases with the increase of fracture time, fracture end of the trend of change and fracture time and body weight function are closely related (P <0.01). X-ray films showed that at 6 weeks, there was a bridge outside the callus bridge in the fracture healing and healing. The results revealed that the longitudinal axis of tibial fractures in experimental rabbits ranged from 0.33 ± 0.17 to 0.95 ± 0.43mm, which was beneficial to fracture healing.
