当前,企业深化改革的重点是使国有大中型企业重振雄风。改革的关键之一是挖潜。挖潜有两层含义,一是企业自身潜力。通过技术改造提高产品质量;通过强化管理提高经济效益。二是人的潜力。通过加强思想政治工作,充分调动广大职工的积极性和创造性。这后一层意思就是突出让人的潜能迸发出来。 要充分调动职工的积极性,就必须正确认识什么是职工的积极性,把握住特点,以便我们能有针对性地开展思想政治工作。
At present, the focus of deepening the reform of enterprises is to revive the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. One of the keys to reform is tapping potential.
