一、天津商品房市场现状(一)调控前的市场状况在过去的几年里,发展过热的房地产市场,由于价格的超速上涨及建筑户型面积偏大而将大多数中低收入平民阶层拒之门外,非但没有从根本上解决刚性需求问题,反而形成了投资过热,甚至出现了囤积、倒买倒卖商品房(含二手房)的现象。

Market Situation of Tianjin Commodity Housing Market (I) Market Condition Before Regulating In the past few years, the overheated real estate market has turned most of the middle and low-income civilian classes into rejecting the situation due to the speeding up of prices and the large size of the apartment blocks. Instead, it has not fundamentally solved the problem of rigid demand. Instead, it has formed overheated investment and even hoarding and buying and selling commodity houses (including second-hand houses).
