该研究对新疆艾比湖流域进行实地野外调查,并选取典型荒漠植被胡杨,在室外测定胡杨叶片光谱反射率,将光谱数据经处理后分析光谱反射率与叶片含水率的相关性,运用逐步多元线性回归法,建立胡杨叶片含水率高光谱估算模型,并由均方根误差(RMSE)、决定系数(R~2)和残留预测偏差(RPD)来检验模型的预测能力和稳定性。结果表明:逐步多元线性回归法建立的模型适合于艾比湖流域胡杨叶片的含水率高光谱估算。反射率一阶微分光谱是检验胡杨叶片含水率较好的指标,检验R~2高达0.92、RMSE为0.013、RPD为3.13。
In this study, a field investigation was conducted on the Aibi Lake basin in Xinjiang, and the typical desert vegetation Populus euphratica was selected to measure the spectral reflectance of Populus euphratica leaves. After the spectral data was processed, the correlation between spectral reflectance and leaf moisture content was analyzed. Linear regression method was used to establish hyperspectral model of leaf water cut of Populus euphratica. The root mean square error (RMSE), coefficient of determination (R ~ 2) and residual prediction error (RPD) were used to test the prediction ability and stability of the model. The results showed that the model established by stepwise multiple linear regression was suitable for hyperspectral estimation of Populus euphratica leaves in Lake Aibi. Reflectance first-order differential spectroscopy is a good indicator of the water content of Populus euphratica, R ~ 2 test up to 0.92, RMSE was 0.013, RPD was 3.13.
