职业技能大赛是提升高职生就业能力的一个重要平台。通过对公共关系专业典型调查,发现:职业技能大赛能有效帮助高职生增加就业筹码、提高月收入、快速找到就业方向和目标、提升综合就业能力,但在参赛过程中,也存在参赛数量比例不高,参赛资金不足,参赛兴趣不高,自信心不足和实践能力不够等问题。为了达到“以赛促就”的目的,可从赛前、赛中和赛后三个阶段所需的着重点不同可针对性加强高职生就业能力的培养。
