本文从全国第五次公共图书馆评估定级工作和重点文化工程的实施两个方面对云南省公共图书馆事业的发展进行了全方位的总结,并指出了全省公共图书馆事业在发展中也存在投入不足、队伍素质和资金的使用效益三个方面的问题,针对存在的问题也提出了发展对策。 This article summarizes the development of public libraries in Yunnan Province from two aspects of the evaluation and grading of the fifth public library and the implementation of key cultural projects in the whole country.
