毛细管色谱法随着柱制备技术、检测技术、联用技术和一些辅助设备的不断发展,应用面不断扩大,已成为复杂组分分析测试的一个不可缺少的工具。在毛细管色谱的理论研究中,人们主要对溶质的保留时间、峰宽和理论塔板高度等进行过较深入的研究。但关于毛细管色谱的流出峰是否可用高斯分布函数表示或在何种条件下接近高斯分布等问题尚无人探讨;再者,在高效、快速毛细管色谱中,人们已开始使用细管径和高压降技术。因此,关于压降对有关参数的影响问题不仅有理论上的意义,对实际工作也有重要的指导作用。 (一)毛细管色谱动力学方程
Capillary chromatography has become an indispensable tool for the analysis of complex components with the development of column preparation technology, detection technology, combined technology and some auxiliary equipment. In the theoretical study of capillary chromatography, the main research on the retention time, peak width and theoretical plate height of solute has been done. However, there is no discussion on whether the outflow peak of capillary chromatography can be represented by the Gaussian distribution function or under which conditions the Gaussian distribution is approached. In addition, in the field of high performance capillary chromatography, people have started to use the thin tube diameter and high pressure drop technology. Therefore, the problem of pressure drop on the related parameters not only has theoretical significance, but also has an important guiding role in practical work.
