使用氦氖激光、Nd∶YAG 倍频脉冲激光和铜蒸气激光,以不同剂量对洛法他汀产生菌L1109 进行诱变照射,同时对激光修复作用进行探讨。结果表明,被照菌株产洛法能力有不同程度提高。氦氖激光照射最高提高23-2 % ,Nd∶YAG 倍频脉冲激光照射最高提高20-8% 。铜蒸气激光照射提高6-3 % 。将菌株紫外线辐射后再以低剂量氦氖激光照射,获得一株高产优质新菌种L2101 ,产洛法能力提高30 % 以上,遗传性能稳定。
Using He-Ne laser, Nd:YAG frequency-doubling pulsed laser and copper vapor laser, different doses of lovastatin-producing strain L1109 were mutated and irradiated, meanwhile laser repair effect was discussed. The results showed that the capacity of the irradiated strains increased to varying degrees. He-Ne laser irradiation up to 23-2%, Nd: YAG multiplier pulse laser irradiation up to 20-8%. Copper vapor laser irradiation increased by 6-3%. The strain UV radiation and then low-dose He-Ne laser irradiation, to obtain a high-yielding new strain of high-quality L 2 101, yield increased productivity by 30%, genetic performance and stability.
