液压集成块是集成式液压系统的关键零件和控制中枢,其设计的难点是外部液压元件布局和内部油路连通设计。文中针对液压集成块设计问题,系统介绍和分析了国内外在液压集成块设计方法方面的研究工作和成果,包括液压集成块建模、智能优化设计、孔道校核、虚拟设计和管网液流特性仿真等,并讨论了基于智能数字化设计新技术的液压集成块设计的新方法,包括智能优化算法、知识工程和多Agent系统等,对液压集成块设计方法的发展趋势进行展望。
Hydraulic manifolds are the key components and control hubs for integrated hydraulic systems. The design challenges are the layout of the external hydraulic components and the interconnection of the internal circuits. In this paper, the design problems of hydraulic manifolds are introduced, and the research work and achievements at home and abroad on the design methods of hydraulic manifolds are introduced and analyzed, including hydraulic manifold modeling, intelligent optimization design, tunnel inspection, virtual design and pipeline flow Characteristics simulation and so on. The new method of hydraulic manifold design based on intelligent digital design new technology is discussed, including intelligent optimization algorithm, knowledge engineering and multi-agent system. The development trend of hydraulic manifold design method is prospected.
