目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中RhoB和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Super Pic TureTMPolymer二步法,检测116例NSCLC组织(NSCLC组)和同期116例正常余肺组织(正常组)中RhoB和E-cadherin的表达,并分析其表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 NSCLC组RhoB、E-cadherin阳性表达率均低于正常组(57.76%vs 87.07%,54.31%vs 85.34%,均P<0.01)。NSCLC组织中RhoB的表达强度在不同肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移情况间的差异有统计学意义,E-cadherin的表达强度在不同TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移情况间的差异有统计学意义。NSCLC组RhoB与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关(r=0.503,P<0.01)。RhoB高表达的患者3年生存率高于低表达者(83.93%vs 40.00%,Log-rankχ2=18.992,P<0.01);Ecadherin高表达的患者3年生存率高于低表达者(85.11%vs 44.93%,Log-rankχ2=16.680,P<0.01)。RhoB和E-cadherin共同低表达、淋巴结转移是影响NSCLC患者预后的危险因素。结论 RhoB与E-cadherin在NSCLC组织中的表达呈现较好的相关性,检测二者的表达对判断NSCLC患者的临床病理学特征及预后有一定提示作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of RhoB and E-cadherin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of RhoB and E-cadherin in 116 patients with NSCLC and 116 patients with normal remnant lung (normal group) was detected by immunohistochemical Super Pic TureT Polymer method. The expression of RhoB and E-cadherin in NSCLC group was positively correlated (r = 0.503, P <0.01). The 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of RhoB was significantly higher than that of patients with low expression (83.93% vs 40.00%, Log-rankχ2 = 18.992, P <0.01) 44.93%, Log-rankχ2 = 16.680, P <0.01). RhoB and E-cadherin together low expression, lymph node metastasis is a risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients with NSCLC. Conclusion The expression of RhoB and E-cadherin in NSCLC tissues shows a good correlation. The detection of the expression of RhoB and E-cadherin may be helpful in judging the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
