药房配制的某些制剂如颠茄合剂、咳嗽合剂等,往往因其生物碱含量太低,或其附加成分太复杂,目前尚无较好的快速含量测定法。用离子对(ion pair)提取比色法作阿托品及其它生物碱的含量测定已有不少研究,现已广泛用于药物的分离、鉴别和测定。该法具有灵敏度高、附加成分干扰小等特点。为此,我们以溴甲酚紫作反离子(counter ion),用磷酸盐缓冲液作水相,氯仿作有机相,采用离子对提取比色法对含颠茄、莨菪、阿片、麻黄素及毒扁豆碱的某些制剂进行了含量测定。现报道如下。试剂的配制溴甲酚紫试液(下简称试液):溴甲酚紫加0.2g15ml 蒸馏水及0.1N NaOH 溶液3.2ml,溶解,加水至250ml。

Ion pair extraction and colorimetry are used for the determination of belladonna, scopolamine, opioid, ephedrine and Certain formulations of physostigmine were assayed. Report as follows now. Reagent preparation bromocresol purple test solution (hereinafter referred to as test solution): bromocresol purple plus 0.2g15ml distilled water and 0.1N NaOH solution 3.2ml, dissolved, add water to 250ml.
