目的了解三门峡市不同属性医院医务人员劝告病人戒烟情况,为以后制定控烟工作规划提供依据。方法使用统一问卷,采用询问和自我填表的形式对全市准三级医院在编的一线医务人员进行调查。结果三门峡市准三级医院医务人员劝告病人戒烟率为49.06%,其中女性劝告吸烟病人戒烟率明显高于男性劝告率,分别为93.90%和84.10%;义煤集团总医院医务人员劝告戒烟率明显高于市中心医院和黄河医院分别为65.22%、45.38%和40.60%。结论三门峡市医务人员劝告吸烟病人戒烟率不到50%,劝告病人戒烟情况与医院禁止吸烟要求是否严格有关,应采取有效措施,提高医务人员劝告病人戒烟服务水平和劝告率。
Objective To understand the medical staff of different attribute hospitals in Sanmenxia city and advise patients to quit smoking, so as to provide basis for future work planning. Methods A unified questionnaire was used to conduct surveys of first-line medical personnel compiled by prospective tertiary hospitals in the form of questions and self-filling forms. Results The medical staff of the tertiary hospitals in Sanmenxia City advised the patients to quitting smoking rate 49.06%. Among them, females advised the smoking patients to quit smoking rate was significantly higher than the men’s recommendation rate, respectively 93.90% and 84.10%; the medical staff of the General Hospital of the Coal Group advised the quit rate to be significant. It was 65.22%, 45.38% and 40.60% higher than the Central Hospital and the Yellow River Hospital respectively. [Conclusion] Medical staff in Sanmenxia City advises smoking patients to quit smoking less than 50%. Advising patients to quit smoking is strictly related to the prohibition of smoking in hospitals. Effective measures should be taken to increase the level of health service personnel’s advice on smoking cessation services and the rate of counseling.
