针对某油田热采蒸汽驱用隔热管连续发生管柱断裂事故, 做了现场调查和试验分析,主要包括材料化学成分分析、显微断口观察、高倍透射电子显微镜金相组织检查及管材机械性能测定。分析结果认为, 隔热管断裂均发生在经过返修的内管和外管焊接部位, 由于焊接不当, 形成各种形式的初始裂纹, 成为发生断裂的断裂源。另外, 用普通碳钢油管制造的隔热管体( 内管和外管) 经过长时间在300℃以上温度下工作, 其显微组织及力学性能已经退化, 极易发生脆性断裂。建议用合金钢管制造隔热管。

It is recommended to manufacture insulated pipes with alloy steel pipe.
