大连理工大学民族预科班的生源是从新疆以及其他5个省、区招收的少数民族学生,他们先在预科班学习一年高中课程,经考试合格后再升入本科继续学习。由于这些学生都来自于少数民族地区,知识水平参差不齐,文化课基础较差,民族风俗、生活习惯更是千差万别。怎样管理好这样一个班级,让那些远赴异地求学的孩子们能够有所建树,是预科班班主任邵春亮毕生奋斗的目标。
The students of ethnic preparatory course of Dalian University of Technology are ethnic minority students enrolled from Xinjiang and other five provinces and autonomous regions. They first study one-year senior high school courses in the preparatory course and continue their studies after passing the examination. As these students come from ethnic minority areas, the knowledge level is uneven, the basis of culture class is poor, ethnic customs and living habits are even different. How to manage such a class, so that those who go to study in different places to make contributions to children, is the Foundation class teacher Shao Chunliang lifelong struggle goal.
