本研究首创了微型计算机——可控硅弧焊整流器试验系统,该系统可通过改变计算机程序参数的给定值而在很大范围内连续调节可控硅弧焊整流器的动特性参数。试验结果表明,该微机实时控制系统成功地控制了可控硅弧焊整流器的动特性,具有实用性和可靠性。本微机实时控制系统为进一步研究和发展可控硅弧焊整流器创造了条件。
This study pioneered a microcomputer-controlled silicon arc welding rectifier test system that continuously adjusts the dynamic characteristics of thyristor arc rectifiers over a wide range by changing the given values of computer program parameters. The experimental results show that the microcomputer real-time control system has successfully controlled the dynamic characteristics of the thyristor arc welding rectifier, and has practicality and reliability. The microcomputer real-time control system for further research and development of SCR arc SCR to create the conditions.
