自改革开放以来,我国在以经济为重心的众多领域获得了巨大的发展成就。然而由于长时期的不重视,以科教文化事业为代表的精神文明建设严重滞后,并日益羁绊社会经济的更快更好发展。素质教育显得异常重要和必要。为适应精神文明发展及素质教育的发展需要,音乐教育亟待革新。鉴于MIDI音乐制作软件实用性强,功能强大,与音乐艺术联系密切等性质,将其运用于音乐教学时间的各方面,做出对音乐教育革新的探索,研究,实践。
Since the reform and opening up, our country has made tremendous achievements in development in many fields focusing on economy. However, due to a long period of neglect, the building of a spiritual civilization represented by science, education and culture has lagged behind and is increasingly hindered by the faster and better social and economic development. Quality education is very important and necessary. In order to meet the development of spiritual civilization and the development of quality education, music education needs to be reformed urgently. In view of the characteristics of MIDI music production software such as strong practicability, powerful function and close connection with music art, it is applied to all aspects of music teaching time to make exploration, research and practice on music education innovation.
